The High School of Sciences and Technology of
Hammam Sousse _ which spreads on about 12000 m 2 covered surface _
consists of 3 departments devoted to trainings in Electronics and
Industrial Computer studies, in Mathematics and its application and in
Physics . A fourth department is devoted to research and transfer of
technology. The common teaching places make 6 amphitheatres of 80 to
300 seats, 14 T.D classrooms, 4 language laboratories and a wide
central library. Other spaces are reserved to the administration,
teachers’ offices and to the socio-cultural activities.
The HSST , situated nearly at the city centre of Hammam Sousse, is
endowed with
a cultural centre, a versatile sports hall and a group of tennis courts
. The
city of Hammam Sousse makes up a pleasant setting for life and work .
This exiting
infrastructure is largely an answer to the needs of students in terms
of studies,
accommodation, catering and leisure.

Under an indication of ‘Dolce
Vita’ that its touristy and recreational
activities present, the region of Sousse remains one of the most
industrialized
cities of Tunisia. So, it is not only known for its beaches, but also
for its
University of multidisplinary tendency gathering 16 high educational
establishments
that accept more than 32000 students and 1650 teachers.
Sousse is also known for its industrial companies
at the national and international levels. In addition, it involves
thousands of companies (with different sizes) that are specialized in
Mechanics, Electronics, Textile, the transformation of plastic
